OUR PRODUCTS

WHICH INGREDIENTS ARE USED IN BLID PRODUCTS?

At BLID, we only use high-quality ingredients specifically formulated to provide care for your hair. We use a variety of active ingredients in all our products that combine to achieve the intended effect. All BLID products are fragrance-free, and without any allergens mentioned on the EU’s warning list. To further ensure full transparency, we have described each individual component in our ingredient list, which can be found on each of our product pages.

ARE YOU ALLERGY CERTIFIED?

Yes, all BLID products are Allergy Certified. This means that all BLID products are without any known allergens, allergenic chemicals, or preservatives, and that every single ingredient in our products has been thoroughly assessed by a toxicologist to be fully fragrance- and perfume-free.

CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCTS DURING PREGNANCY OR WHILE NURSING?

Yes. Our products are certified by AllergyCertified, which ensures that the products have a very low risk of causing allergy, and does not contain chemicals connected with endocrine disruption, carcinogenicity, mutagenic and reproductive toxicity. So they are safe to use during pregnancy and nursing.

DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN PARABENS?

No, BLID products does not contain parabens. When developing our products we steer clear of all chemicals connected with endocrine-disruption. Some parabens are not allowed for cosmetics, some are still on the EU list of substances suspected of being endocrine disruptors and some are considered safe. However, at BLID we avoid all parabens to ensure we do not cause doubt about the safety of our products.

HAVE YOUR PRODUCTS BEEN TESTED ON ANIMALS?

In the EU, all cosmetics testing on animals is strictly prohibited. We comply with all industry regulations and hence our products have not been tested on animals. This is also known as cruelty free products.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS FREE FROM BHA & BHT?

Yes. We prioritize your health by avoiding any chemicals suspected of being endocrine disruptors in our formulations. BHA and BHT are listed on the EU list of chemicals suspected of being endocrine disruptors and hence not in any BLID products.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS FREE FROM PFAS AND FLOUR?

Yes, we ensure our products are free from PFAS and Fluoro compounds, reflecting our commitment to ensuring high safety standards.

CAN ALL INDIVIDUALS USE BLID PRODUCTS?

Yes! Our products are formulated to provide gentle and protective care for all different types of hair.

WHAT ACTIVE INGREDIENTS ARE IN YOUR PRODUCTS, AND WHAT DO THEY DO?

We want to be fully transparent around the ingredients we decide to include in our products to ensure you can be completely comfortable using our products. For this reason, we publish the full ingredients list (INCI list) for each of our products, under the "Ingredient List" section of each product page. HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. After this, we will notify you when the product has been shipped from our warehouse and you will receive an email with tracking information from our logistics provider.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE BLID PRODUCTS NEAR ME?

Currently, the only place to purchase BLID products is through our official website, blidcare.dk.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship to all countries within the EU and to the US. If you're located outside these countries and want to purchase BLID products, please email contact@blidcare.dk and we will do our best to assist you.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?

All our products are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

After your order is placed with us and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information on your products. This typically occurs within 1-3 business days.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

After your products have been sent from our warehouse, shipping will typically take 2 to 4 business days, depending on your location.

WHEN WILL I BE CONTACTED REGARDING MY SHIPMENT?

A shipment confirmation is emailed once an order is fulfilled and ready for delivery, providing tracking details to follow shipping transit. If any issues unexpectedly should arise after this, you may be contacted by our logistics partner, Link Logistics, to resolve the issue and ensure your package is well received by you.
